Ronald E. Peterson

Muncie-  Ronald Edward Peterson, 58, passed away at home in Chattanooga, TN.  He was born to parents John and Mary, on November 23, 1957 in Laporte, IN. 

Ron attended Burris High School in Muncie, followed by college at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN.  

 He began his christian ministry in education, before his calling as a full time pastor for the remaining years.  

 Ron was preceded in death by his parents. 

 He is survived by his wife Jami (Ringler) Peterson, and two children Elizabeth Ann Peterson of Pensacola, and Shannon Edward Peterson of Kansas City.  Also by five brothers and sisters and their families; John Peterson and wife Donna, Connie (Peterson) Whisler and husband Mike, Bonnie Peterson, Don Peterson and wife Tracy, and Yvonne (Peterson) Heston and husband Greg. 

 Visitation will be Tuesday December 29th at 10 a.m., and followed by the service at 1 p.m.

It will be held at Grace Baptist Church in Muncie, IN. 

A memorial service will be held at Calvary Independent Baptist Church on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 2:00 pm.  Pastor Marc Zimmerman will officiate.
