Andre Merle (Moore) Smith

Andre M. Smith, 78, of Hixson, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 7, 2019. She graduated from Red Bank High School, class of 1958. She was a member of Brooks Memorial Methodist Church.

She is predeceased by her parents, Scarbrough & Sara Moore; & infant daughter, Cynthia Maria Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son & daughter-in-law, Greg (Karin) Smith; a loving daughter & son-in-law, Sonja (Randy) Dean; six grandchildren, Christian Dean, Trent, Monica, D’monti, Jazminn, Raven and many beautiful foster grandchildren; her amazing friend, Tina Barger & care giver, Anna Bowens.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 11, at Hixson First Baptist from 3-5 p.m. Following visitation, Pastor Travis Shipley will conduct a celebration of life service at 5 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
