Ava Jane O'Daniel

> Ava Jane O'Daniel, 69, of Hixson, died on May 30.

> She was born March 5, 1950 and was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Irene Laymons, sisters, Roberta Laymons and Rita Faye Snyder and brother, Frank Laymons.

 She enjoyed soap operas and game shows, liked working puzzles and had a sweet tooth.  She was full of life and energy, burning bright until the end.

 She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Dennis O'Daniel; her sister, Mildred Graham; her sons, Rick (Jill) O’Daniel, Randy O’Daniel, and Robby (Olivia) O’Daniel; and three grandchildren, Noah, Jacob, and Hannah O’Daniel.

 The Rev. Tom Perry will conduct a graveside service at the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Tuesday, June 4 at 2:30 pm.
