Ethan William Hall Wright, 30, of Rossville, GA, passed away at his home on September 13, 2019. He was born in East Ridge, TN on March 21, 1989. Ethan was a member of New Shepard Hill Baptist Church and belonged to Fidelity Demolay for six years, then received his Entered Apprentice Degree in Fidelity Lodge F&AM. He graduated from Chattanooga Central High School and received a certificate in Auto Mechanics from Chattanooga State. Ethan was a firefighter for Hwy 58 Volunteer Fire Department for 5 years and received Rookie of the Year in 2009. He grew up hunting with his Papaw and loved being a mechanic. Since the age of 19, Ethan had a permanent buildup of grease under his nails.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Isabella Grace and his grandparents, Arvil and Pearl Cook.
He is survived by his wife, Holli (Redmon) Wright; son, William Alexander (Alex) Wright; mother, Amanda Cook; father, Clifton (Mary) Wright; grandparents, Walter and Carol Wright; siblings, Nicole (Matt) Lane, Matthew (Madeline) Stout, Melissa (Matt) Mahon, Sam Wright, Renea (Clay) Uncapher; sister-in-law, Stephanie (Dakota) Schabell with several nieces, nephews and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends at Maple Grove Baptist Church, 9525 Birchwood Pike, Harrison, TN, on Saturday, September 21. Visitation will be from 12-5 p.m., followed by the service being officiated by Pastor Robert Barger. The interment will take place at Harrison Cemetery in Harrison, TN.
