Frances Juanita Lowe, 69, of Chattanooga died on Christmas Day, Tuesday, December 25, 2018, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born on June 21, 1949 in Chattanooga. Frances worked for several years in the produce business, as well as a caretaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doing crafts, reading, and was an avid Elvis fan. She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lowe; parents, Virginia Proctor and Curtis Proctor; her sisters, Peggy McClure, Imogene Rogers, and Sandra Cross; and her son, Roger Lowe.
She is survived by sons, Ron, Pete (Rachel), Frankie (Batina), and Mikie (Lori) Lowe, daughters, Robin (Dave) Williams and Regina (Charlie) White; grandchildren, Zach (Molly) and Chase (Abbie) White, Grant , Genna-Leigh, and Noah Williams, Tyler and Jordan Lowe, Brodie and Andrew Lowe, and Jackson and Shelby Lowe; great-grandchildren, Caden and Kinsey White; sister, Wanda Lynn and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Life Care Center of Collegedale and Hearth Hospice for the care provided to her during her last days.
A visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29 at Bayside Baptist Church, 6100 Highway 58, Harrison, TN followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Grady Cooper officiating. Interment will be at Ooltewah Cemetery.
