Richard J. “Jerry” Potter, 77 died Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his home.

Jerry enjoyed drag racing and owned Potter Automotive Co. on Dallas Road for over 30 years and then a joint venture, Cadillac Performance Parts, for over a decade with his son.

He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara; parents, Roy C. and Pauline; a brother and a sister.

Survivors include his children, sister, brother and grandchildren.

There will be no service.
