Bertha (Granny) Henderson, age 91 of Sevierville, TN went to be with the Lord on July 2nd, 2017.

Bertha was born August 7, 1925 in Sevierville, TN. She was preceded in death by: her husband of 71 years, Clarence Henderson, her parents, Lewis Jenkins and Carrie Byrd Jenkins of Sevierville, TN, her daughter, Elizabeth Sue Scott, her brothers Lloyd and Stanley Jenkins and her sisters Elmer Romaines and Della Franklin.

She is survived by: her daughter, Velda Price of Sevierville, TN, sons Clarence (Wanda) Henderson Jr of Sevierville, TN, Bishop Dwight (Sue) Henderson of Cleveland, TN, Marvin (Norma) Henderson of Sevierville, TN. Grandchildren; Pam (Paul) Vanover, Dianna (Philip) McCoy, David (Donna) Scott, Larry (Valerie) Nash, Bobby (Holly) Scott, Renee Henderson, Nicole (John) Simpson, Bryna (Chris) Schmeichel, Amorea (Mark) Trew, Shawn (Martha) Price and Marvin Ray (Kansas) Henderson, 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 4 PM 7 PM on Wednesday, July 5th at River of Life Church of God with service to follow at 7 PM. Officiators will be Pastor Victor Alley and Bishop James McFalls. Graveside service will be at 11 AM Thursday at Shiloh Cemetery for interment. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to River of Life Building Fund.
