Betty Lou Lawyer Johnson, 87, of Hixson, died Friday, August 25, 2017.

While she lived many years in Arizona and recently in Chattanooga, Bloomington, Indiana was always home.

Family and friends will always remember her as loving, caring and always

thinking of others; who always enjoyed long telephone conversations with

her friends. . Preceded in death by parents George and Marjorie Lawyer, brother Harrison Lawyer, sister Wanda Carpenter and son Phil Johnson.

Survived by adult children Linda (Ken) Milliard, Rick Johnson, Lori (Anton) Rauch, Shauna (Amelia) Johnson. BrothersJerry (Darlene) Lawyer, George (Mabel) Lawyer,10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandkids.

Services will be Friday September 1, 2017 in Bloomington.
