Billie Jean Holland (Hagan) 86, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at her home on Mowbray Mountain. Billie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents P.C. Going and Essie Goins Smith. She is survived by 2 of her 3 children, Sean Hagan and Natasha Leming as well as 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Her other daughter, Lynda Jean Roberson, 66, passed away unexpectedly the following day. The family will have a private memorial to be announced at a later date.
