Billy Smith, 72, of Ooltewah, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, May 3, 2023 with his family by his side.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joe & Ethel Smith; brothers, James Smith, Lloyd Smith, David Smith & sister, Betty Oldham.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Smith; daughters, Christy (Mark) Smith, Becky (Ron) Benefield; sister, Hazel Miller; some nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 6120 Hunter Rd. Ooltewah, TN and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Pastor James Langston will conduct the service on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the church.

Interment will follow at the McDonald East View Cemetery.
