Bobbie Sue Dickerson Elder, 70, of Ooltewah, passed away on Thursday September 18, 2014. She was part owner of Elder's Grocery in Ooltewah for 31 years and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence Dickerson and Julie Ford. She is survived by her husband, Alvis Elder; two daughters, Lisa Ruehling and Anita Willerson; two sons-in-law, Kevin Ruehling and Ron Willerson; Step-mother, Bobbie Dickerson; step-sisters, Becky Burnett and Gina Sergeant; three grandchildren, Dusty and Chris Aalberg and Lyla Willerson and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 4 p.m. Monday p.m.in Hillcrest Baptist Church. The Rev. Bill Wolfe will conduct the service 5 p.m. Monday in the church.
