Brenda Kay Yancy, 64, of Rock Spring, GA, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 26.

She was predeceased by her father, Frank Bailey; her daddy, Donald Reed and her brother, Johnny Bailey.

She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart, Edwin Yancy; her mother, Jessie Reed; her daughters, Cindy ( Chuck) Armstrong, Beth (Nick) Sosebee, Stephanie (Dewayne) Powell; her sons, Lamar Rogers, Scotty Cross, Nick Yancy; her brother, Glenn Bailey; her sister, Sherry (Doug) Ellis, 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Philadelphia Baptist Church in Ringgold, GA on Pine Grove Rd. from 12-2 pm on Thursday, June 2. Dr. Rob Borders & Pastor Mark Smith will conduct a memorial service in the church at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga and/or Open Arms Care in Ooltewah.
