Carol Ann Parsons, 56, of Ringgold, GA died Wednesday, February 12, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Julia "Judy" Henderson & French E. Hoge. Survivors include her husband, Gary Parsons of Ringgold, GA; daughters, Julie Parsons of Atlanta, GA and Jennifer (Michael) Hill of Macon, GA; father, Joe Henderson of Harrison, TN; brothers, Benny (Debbie) Hoge of Ooltewah, TN and Buddy Hoge of Johnson City, TN; nephew, Benjamin (Jessica) Hoge of Chattanooga, TN. Visitation will be in Welcome Hill Baptist Church on Friday, February 14 from 4-8 p.m. and 10 a.m. until noon Saturday. The Rev. Herman Kapherr will conduct the service at noon in the church on Saturday. Interment will follow the service in New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
