Carolyn 'Nana' Joan Smith Bishop, 77, of Rossville, GA, gained her wings, Sunday, January 9, 2022.

She was predeceased by her husband, David F. Bishop; parents, George & Florence Smith; brothers, Ray Smith, L.B. Smith, George Earl Smith, Johnny Smith; sisters, Margaret Lewis, Jeanette Hutson.

Survivors include her son, Jeff (Susan) Bishop; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, many nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the Brainerd Hills Church of God, 410 Friar Rd, Chattanooga, TN from 5p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday; from noon to 1:30 p.m. Pastor James Robinson will conduct the service in the church at 1:30 p.m.

Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
