Carolyn Rose (Pesnicak) ONeil of Chattanooga, died on October 31, 2017 in her 93rd year in Hixson Tennessee where she has resided since October 2003 and for the last three years has resided at Morning Pointe Assisted Living in Hixson. She was born and raised in the Albany, NY area.

Carolyn was predeceased by her husband, William Joseph ONeil in 1976, as well as her parents, Joseph and Caroline Pesnicak, and siblings, Mary (Monfred), Albina (Nestler), William, and Joseph.

She is survived by her children Kathleen (Charles) Davis and William (Betty) ONeil.

She will be interred at Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, 41 Jolley Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077

A private celebration of her life will be held by the immediate family.
