Obituary
Cecil Wayne Parker, 67, became our guardian angel, Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother, Steve Parker.
Survivors include his daughter, Christina Jackson; two grandsons.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Joy Baptist Tabernacle, 4208 N Access Rd, Chattanooga, TN from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. in the church.
