Charles Millsaps, age 84, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Soddy-Daisy Healthcare in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee. Charles was born October 08, 1938 in Decatur, Tennessee, a son of Dock and Nellie Mae Scroggins Millsaps. He observed the Church of God faith. He was a heavy equipment operator for Lonas Construction. He was predeceased by his parents Dock & Nellie Millsaps; son, Frank Millsaps; great-grandson, Tristan Millsaps; sisters, Catherine Denton, Ailene Clark, Patricia Kelly; brothers, Jay Millsaps, Freddie Millsaps. Survivors include sister, Betty Morris; brothers, Jesse Millsaps, William Millsaps with two other siblings; grandsons, B.J. (Kasey) Millsaps, Jason Millsaps, Eric Millsaps; four great-grandchildren, Hunter Taylor, Rylie and Bean Millsaps with many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
