Daniel J. Woughter age 73, born August 24th 1947 and departed into His Saviors arms January 14th 2021. Longtime resident of Harrison, TN. Born in West Branch, MI.

Survived by his beloved wife, Judith A. Woughter after 52 years of marriage. Loving father to Victor J. (Christy) Woughter, Jennifer A. (Billy) Williams and Lori L. Woughter-Kinzalow. Proud grandfather of Rachel Williams, Daniel Woughter, Hannah Kinzalow, Sarah Kinzalow, Elise Williams, Ashley Eubanks, Kenny Woughter, and Jayde Williams. Great grandfather of Bentley Eubanks. His brother Larry Woughter and multiple nieces/nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Dan loved his family but loved His Lord and Savior above all. He served as Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Woodstock, VA and as a Sunday school teacher at Bayside Baptist Church in Harrison TN for over 20 years. He was an avid runner and influenced others by coordinating a Run for God program at church. He was a proud American and a United States Airforce Vietnam veteran. He will forever be remembered as a man of God who had a servants heart. II Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

Join us at a reception to celebrate his life at Bayside Baptist Church in Harrison TN, January 23, 2021 between 2 and 4 pm. He will be laid to rest with military honors at the Chattanooga National Cemetery on February 1, 2021.
