Daniel "Dan" Gordon Jennings, 83, of Signal Mountain, TN, passed away on March 31st, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Ray Jennings and Dorothy Short Jennings; daughter, Renee Louise Knight Jennings; brothers, David, Richard and William Jennings as well as his niece, Stacy. In 1972, he married Martha Murphey Jennings of Lebanon, TN. Martha passed away only twelve days after Dan. They are survived by their children, Jack and Leanne and three nieces and two nephews. Dan graduated from Lebanon High School and attended Castle Heights Military Academy and was president of the student body at Cumberland University. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved to travel and always supported the Tennessee Volunteers. He lived life by his own rules and left it in much the same way. A graveside service will be held at 1:30pm on April 18, at Bethlehem Cemetery in Lebanon, TN.
