Delores 'Jean' Ladd, 80 of Chattanooga went to be with the Lord on November 16, 2021. She was born and lived in Chattanooga all of her life. She was attending Tyner High school in the 50s when she met and married the love of her life Earl William Ladd. 'Jean' as most people called her was very crafty and loved to crochet, knit, sew and make quilts. She was an awesome cook and loved making anything from scratch. She had a green thumb and loved her flower gardens. She also had an adventurous side and would take day trips with beloved husband Earl on their motorcycle. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Roselle Boyd and an infant brother Gary Boyd. Left behind to cherish her memory is her sister Patricia (Jimmy) Rodgers, son Jeff (Elizabeth) Ladd, daughter Kathy (Tim) Troglin, grandchildren Leigh Troglin, Leila (Kevelin) Kinamore, Heather Dill, Lyle Troglin, Travis Ladd, Taylor Ladd, Braydan Ladd, great grandchildren Elijah Dill, Lyla Troglin, Joshua Dill, Jordan Dill, Nolan Ladd, Kennedy Kinamore and Evie Scoggins. She had many nieces, nephews and friends of all ages that will cherish her memory as well.

To honor her, arrangements are made by Covenant Funeral & Crematory with a graveside service Friday at 2:00 pm November 19, 2021 at Lakewood Memory Gardens East, 4621 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411
