Obituary
Dennis W. Gilbert, 66, of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2016 at Chattanooga Hospice.
He was predeceased by his parents, Robert & Kathleen Gilbert and sister, Agnes Bartlett.
He attended Fort Oglethorpe Church of Christ.
He was married to Wanda Stanley Gilbert for 47 years as of December 19. He was a wonderful husband, father, papa and brother.
Survivors include his sons, Chris and Craig Gilbert of Ringgold, GA; four grandchildren, Austin Gilbert, Alyssa Gilbert, Jada Gilbert & Ty Gilbert; sisters, Robbie Shipman & Linda Panter of Ringgold, GA.
A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, October 22 at Stanley Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA.
