Donald "Don" Arthur Anderson passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 surrounded by his family. A native of Athens, Tennessee, Donald was born in Mason City, Iowa, on September 24, 1938; he was 78 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Merle Anderson, and beloved wife Barbara Vaughan Anderson.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie (Terry) Frank and Cindy (Johnny) Baker; two granddaughters, Michelle (Ian) Early and Morgan Frank; one great-granddaughter, Phoebe Early; and sister, Arla (Neal) Lawson. A private graveside service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
