Obituary
Donald Irvin Rice, 79, of Ringold, died Wednesday, March 21, 2018. He was an Army Veteran, a member of Community of Christ Church and an avid fisherman. He was predeceased by his parents, Irvin Rice and Pearl Richards; step mother Alma Rice; four brothers, two sisters and a granddaughter.
Surviving are his loving wife, Viola Tillotson Rice; sons, Michael Irvin (April Lynn) Rice, Sr.; Donald Eugene (Sharon Rae) Rice, Sr.; James Lee (Lisa Marie) Rice Sr. and Timothy Lee Tillotson; daughters Tina Louise Rice and Pearl Ann Purcell; brothers Gary Rice, Terry Rice, Barry Rice; sisters Bertha Pierson, Melinda Lewis, Deana Joy Shinn; seventeen grandchildren and twenty seven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery March 27, 2018 at 2:30.
