Obituary
Dorothy Faye Melton, 73 of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 2, 2016.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Earl Metcalf; son, Michael Bruce; daughter, Kim Schmitt; grandson, Michael Bruce II; sisters Betty Poteet & Lavada Cagle and brother, Doyle Metcalf.
Survivors include her daughters, Pam Bruce, Gina Strickland-Thompson; sister, Glenda Croft; brother, Danny Metcalf; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8th from 2 to 5 p.m. at True Life Church, 432 S. Mack Smith Rd., Rossville, GA. The memorial service will take place in the church following the reception.
