EDWARD CLIFTON WINES, 91, longtime educator within the Seventh-day Adventist Church, died Wednesday morning, August 13, 2014 in Signal Mountain, TN. Mr. Wines was Vice-President for Advancement and Public Relations at Loma Linda University; President of Southwestern Adventist College, Keene, TX; and Principal of Enterprise Academy, Enterprise, Kansas. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Moneta Caviness Wines; son Edward E. (Cherie) Wines, and daughters Muriel Wines Phillips (Scott Saylor), and Mary Ann Wines (Randy) Graves and eight grandchildren. Pastor Jack Banlo will conduct a Service of Remembrance Monday, August 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church, Collegedale, TN. The family will receive friends after the service in the church. Interment will be in Collegedale Memorial Park.
