Emma Ruth Gamble, 71, of Georgetown, born April 7, 1943 has gone to be with the Lord passing on January 6, 2015.

She was predeceased by her father, William Austin Gamble, Sr. and mother, Julia Hannah Everett Gamble; brothers, Dewy Gamble & William Austin Gamble, Jr.; sisters, Marie Ford, Joan Shelton, Nina Tatum & Gail Bradford.

Survivors include brothers, David Ray (Patsy) Gamble, Sr., John (Sarah) Gamble both of Georgetown; Robert (Katherine) Gamble of Cleveland; sister, Agnes E. (Jim) Beard of Georgetown with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at New Union Baptist Church from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, January 9. Pastor Donnie Jenkins will conduct the service at noon in the church.

Interment will follow in Old McDonald Cemetery.
