Obituary
Florence Allene Lastine, born April 19, 1930, died Saturday, March 5, 2016.
She was formerly of Indianapolis, IN and worked as a Registered Nurse for over 42 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elder Vance Allen & Florence Karr LaGrone of South Lancaster, MA; granddaughter, Caitlain Lastine (Rob & Teresas daughter) and niece, Barbara Linette Mitchell (Joan Mitchells daughter) of Davenport, IA.
Survivors include sons, Don (Rhonda) and granddogger, Gracie of Chattanooga; Rob (Teresa) of Collegedale; grandson, Nick; granddaughter, Megan; great-grandson, Issac; brother, Vance Allen (Shelly) LaGrone, Jr. of Kent, WA; sister, Joan Mitchell of South Lancaster, MA; nieces, Carolyn LaGrone & Michelle (Steve) Weaver.
Keeping with her wishes, no service is planned at this time.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Memorial Hospital, 2 south, for their outstanding care as well as the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga.
