Gilbert Alan Roberts, age 70, of Niota, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025. He was the son of Gilbert and Mary Ellen Roberts. He worked at Bowater Paper Mill for more than 30 years. He was of the Baptist faith. He was predeceased by his parents, sisters, Gloria Jean Roberts and Tammy Butler; brother, Keith Roberts. Survivors include his wife, Susie Roberts; sister, Teresa (Don) Miller; brother-in-law, Ricky (Terrie) Rountree; sister-in-law, Trina McDonald, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. At Alan's request, there will be no formal service.
