Guy M. Scoggins, 72, of Monterey, TN, passed away at home surrounded by his family, Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

He was predeceased by his father, baby brother & baby sister.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; daughter, Dawn (David) Self; son, Cameron (Brookelynn) Scoggins; mother, Leveta Scoggins; seven grandchildren; two great-grandsons & one on the way; brothers, Junior & Howard Scoggins; sisters, Laneta Dawaf, Wanda McKee, Gladys Barefoot; the mother of his children, Charlotte Doffee & a host of nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, June 19 from noon-2pm at The Collegedale Community Church. The Rev. Leclare Litchfield will conduct the funeral service at 2 pm.

Interment will follow at Collegedale Memorial Park.
