Jacob Loren Stevens, 28, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 6, 2018.

Surviving are his parents, Roy and Tina McIntire Stevens; son, Zacchaeus Stevens; sons mother, Tera Whitfield; grandparents, Rod and Joan McIntire, Carolyn Berry and Elaine Stevens; siblings, Rocky (Shanna) Stevens, Nathan Stevens, Katrena (Paul) Pruett, Rachel (Freddy) Tremblay, Caleb (Natashua) Stevens, Joshua Stevens, Sabrina Stevens, Vanessa Stevens, Valerie Stevens and Starla (Jacob) Hudgins; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be White Oak Baptist, South Access Campus Thursday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Rev. John Trewhella will conduct the service at 4 p.m. in the church.

Interment will be in Harrison Cemetery.
