Jane Leatherwood Grayson, 83, of Red Bank, TN, entered the presence of her Lord on May 30, 2021.

Jane was a graduate of Hixson High Schools class of 1955. She worked at American National Bank and then eventually Dixie Yarns. She was also a member of White Oak Baptist Church, where she served in the nursery and the Mothers Day Out program. Her favorite pastimes were spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and cheering on the Lady Vols. Most importantly, her easygoing, loving, and fun personality endeared her to those around her, therefore, leaving them with a legacy of wonderful memories to treasure.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Gena Leatherwood, her husband Howard (Pie) Grayson, and her sister Mary Suckow. She is survived by her children, Sandy (Phil) Brockwell, Steve (Pat) Grayson, and Joel Grayson; her grandchildren, Angela Grayson, Shane Grayson, Josey (Cassidy) Brockwell, and Jackson (Trinity) Brockwell; her sister Linda (Don) Benefield and brother Larry Leatherwood; brother-in-law Wayne Suckow; and several loving cousins, nephews, and their families, all who loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends at White Oak Baptist Church in Red Bank, TN, on Thursday, June 3, from 11:00 to 1:00. Dr. Tony Wilson will conduct the funeral at 1p.m. in the church. Interment will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
