Janet Marie Samples, 52, of Pisgah, AL., passed away Saturday, June 16. Janet was a very loved woman. She would never turn her back to anyone who needed her. She trusted like no other and loved without judgment. It was an unconditional love that radiated to everyone with whom she came into contact. She was a living angel and did everything in her power to make everyone happy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Sleep well, beautiful.

She was predeceased by her parents, Bob & Joyce Breithaupt, Sr.; sister, Cathy Breithaupt; brother, Bob Breithaupt, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Samples; daughters & spouses, Kathryn (David) McNair, Samantha & Melissa, Candace Jones; son, Jeremy Samples; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters & brother-in-law, Sue McConnell, Terri (John) McPherson & countless nieces and nephews.
