Jo Nell Dicus Allen, 76, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018. She was amember of East Ridge Church of Christ. She was predeceased by her husband, Billy Clyde Allen.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Billie Jo and Chris Noll; a sister, Phyllis Arlene Roberts and two nieces.

Minister Charles Cochran and Minister Doug McVey will conduct a graveside service Monday, March 19 at 2 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
