John LeCroy passed away on November 29, 2021, peacefully in his sleep, next to his loving wife, after a long battle with liver cancer and kidney failure. John was a man of God and loved fiercely. John proudly served 30 years in the United States Navy. John was a gentle and kind man. He did everything to make you feel welcomed and loved.

John lost his mother at the age of 7 and was placed in an orphanage where he lived until the age of 17 when he join the U.S. Navy. John joined the Navy searching for the one thing he had lost in his childhood - a family. He met and fell in love with Patsy in 2004. They became friends and were eventually married, a marriage that lasted 15 years to his final breath. Family filled a place in Johns heart that had been vacant for too long. John found his family and has now gone Home, he will be deeply missed.

John loved sweets and would never pass on an opportunity to fix his sweet tooth. When you think of John please have sweet treat in his honor.

He was predeceased by parents Earl & Leila LeCroy.

Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Patsy LeCroy; sons, Michael LeCroy, David (Sonya) LeCroy, Bryan (Amy) McDonald, John (Denise) Cole, Donald (Rosa) Cole; daughter, Gracie Nicole Diamond; numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Pastor Duane Mabee will conduct a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 7 at the North River Church, 5954 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343.
