John Marion Pernell

John Marion Pernell, 79, of Morristown, TN went home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2014.

He was predeceased by his parents, John Henry & Mary Alice Pernell; daughter, Carlotta Fleenor; sister, Ruth Counterman and son-in-law, Darrell Fleenor.

He is survived by his wife, Sonya Pernell; sons & daughters-in-law, David & Gay Pernell and Christopher & Melissa Pernell; daughter, Erika Pernell; grandchildren, Travis Fleenor, Tristan Pernell, Stephanie Lawson, Christopher Pernell and Holly Pernell; great-grandchildren, Gavin Reithman, Christian Pernell and Halle Pernell; sisters, Pauline Rice and Janice Pernell.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 23 at Westview Baptist Church, 837 Lennie Ave, Morristown, TN 37813 from 2-4 p.m. The Rev. Charles Brewer will conduct the service in the church.
