Joseph Lee Bowers, M.D., 72, of Chattanooga, passed away on August 3rd, 2022. He is survived by son, Jonathan Bowers (Radmila); grandsons, Oliver and Dominik Bowers, and nephew, Ben Bowers-Daehler.

Joseph attended Florida State University and was a lifelong fan of their football team. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He practiced medicine in Chattanooga for many years.

The committal service will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Wednesday, August 10 at 11a.m.
