Marcella Alexander, 79, of Rossville, GA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 29, 2021.

She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in East Ridge. Marcella worked for RCA in Indianapolis, IN, the TNT Plant, Miller Smith Hosiery Mill and Olan Mills. Marcella liked to roller skate and watch her kids skate, play ball and ride bicycles.

Marcella was predeceased by her husband, Charles W. Alexander; son, Charley Chan; sister, Donette Gorman; two nephews, James D. and Jeffry Alan Gorman and a great niece, Heather Wright.

Survivors include her daughter, Dawn "Punkin" Deanecelli; grandson, Dalton; three great-grandsons, Elliott, Kainen and Cycurs Deanecelli; sister, Luanna Knight; nieces, Cheryl & Butch Carver; family, Karen & Dean Feinauer, Susan & Mark Furgal and caregiver, Angela Gasaway.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 9 in Fellowship Baptist Church from 11-1p.m. Pastor Chris Peponis will conduct the funeral at 1p.m. in the church. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South on Friday at 11a.m.
