Marilyn Arlene Lucas, 78, of Apison, passed away Thursday, peacefully at home after a long illness. She reluctantly retired from North Park Hospital, where she worked as a Medical Technologist for many years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Bill & Arlene Krenrich & her husband, Chuck Lucas.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Bonnie (Chris) Freeland; son, David Lucas; granddaughter, Katie Freeland; brother, Bill (Dot) Krenrich; sister, Pat (Dan) Ferree; brother-in-law, Ed (Sharon) Lucas; sister-in-law, Lee Weaver & a host of nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the end of December in Tampa, Florida.
