Marion Joseph "Bubba" Sherrill, 85, of Chattanooga, went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Saturday, March 5, 2022. Bubba retired from DuPont after 36 years. He was a long-time member of Hixson United Methodist Church and attended Red Bank High School.

He was predeceased by his parents, Harry & Josephine Sherrill; twin sister, Mary Ann Wells; son-in-law, Mark Adams.

Bubba was blessed with a loving family. Survivors include his wife, Doris Potts Sherrill; daughters, Kim Sherrill Adams; Jennifer Sherrill & fianc, Erick Wood; grandsons, Joshua Adams, Jonathan Adams; great-grandson, Benjamin Adams; sisters, Pam Rowan, Pat Gilbert; several nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Hixson United Methodist Church in the Old Sanctuary "The Chapel", 5301 Old Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Reverend Dr. Charles Starks will conduct the memorial service in the church at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made to the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.
