Mary Emma Scroggins, 93, of Chattanooga, passed away, Tuesday, January 17, 2023. She worked at Mountain View Ford and DuPont. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She was predeceased by her parents, Melvin M. Garner & Ona Watson; sister, Gloria Hunt; brother, Buddy Garner.

Survivors include her son, Bill Ownbey; sister, Janice (Larry) Durham.

Doctor R. Courtney Krueger will conduct a graveside service Friday, January 27 at 11 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery.
