Michael Eugene Oliver Sr., of Harrison, Tennessee, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 9, 2026, following a brief illness. Mike was a faithful attendee of Silverdale North Ooltewah and found great comfort and strength in his faith. He is now resting in peace, where his struggles will be no more.

Mike was born on August 8, 1955, to the late Bobby E. Oliver and Yvonne "Nonnie" Oliver. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather. Those who knew Mike knew him as a quiet man who was steady and faithful to his family and faith.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Donita Oliver; his son, Michael (Leslie) Oliver; his sisters, Michelle (Marc) McNabb and Melissa Simpson; brother Mitch Oliver and his beloved grandson, Jameson Oliver; and several nieces and nephews who will forever treasure his memory.

The family takes comfort in the promises of Scripture:
