Michael Thomas 'Mike' Fallon of Chattanooga, TN, age 70, died peacefully at home on Thursday, January 8, 2015 after enduring complications from Parkinsons Disease.

Michael is a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the Demilitarized Zone. He grew up in Wycombe, Bucks County PA, the 4th of 6 children. Michael was a skilled carpenter and spent much of his life as a craftsman. His passion for living this life also included being an avid reader, spending time gardening, a love for nature and a serious penchant for NASCAR, most noticeably being a fan of #24, Jeff Gordon!

He received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in the 70's and his life was forever changed. His love for God and Country never left him as friends and family will attest.

Mr. Fallon is predeceased by his parents Mary Anne and John Fallon of Elizabeth, NJ and Philadelphia, PA. He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Rievley) and three children: Michael and Heather Strasbaugh of Ft. Myers, FL and Erin Fallon of New York City: three step-children, Memory Strong, Nashville TN; Ronda Businda, Lebanon TN; and Lori McNelly, Chattanooga TN: His siblings: Judy, Andrea, Peter, David and Nora Fallon. He is the proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Abbas House, 5208 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN, Monday, January 12 from 11 to 1. The Rev. Mack Louallen will conduct a Celebration of his life at 1:p.m in the church.. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.

The wife and family of Mr. Fallon would like to thank the numerous friends and family who provided love and encouragement during his last days as well as the Parkinsons Disease Support Group through Siskin Hospital, Chattanooga, TN, The Veterans Administration and Hospice of Chattanooga, TN.
