Michael Mickey Eugene Irwin, 67, passed away May 1, 2018. Mickey was an Eagle Scout, and graduated from Brainerd High School in1969. He was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity at UTC. Mickey finished college at UTK graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 27 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Ernest Bill and Edna Blackwell Irwin. Survivors include brothers; William Bill Irwin (Shelley) and Norman Dale Irwin; nieces, Anne Irwin Thomas, and Megan Irwin; nephews, Norman Worthen, Chad Irwin, Nathan Irwin, and Andrew Irwin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Apison Baptist Church, 11127 Old East Brainerd Rd, Apison, TN 37302. Monday, May 7, visitation; 12:00 -1 p.m. Celebration; 1:00 p.m. Pastor Macil Duncan will officiate.
