Neil Brian Bird, 78, of Ringgold, GA, passed away, Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was a loving husband, father & Papaw. He was a lifelong member of Boynton United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of The McCallie School and The University of Georgia, where he earned his Masters Degree. He loved the Georgia Bulldogs, farming & fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, G. Dewey & Ruth Stone Bird.

Survivors include his loving family and his wife of 55 years, Margie Bird; children, Julie (Ralph) De St-Aubin, Brian (Cherie) Bird, Wesley (Shelley) Bird; grandchildren, Blaine, Bryce, Garrett, Aislinn; sister, Nancy; one nephew & his beloved dog, Little Man.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, October 24 at 2 p.m. at Boynton United Methodist Church, Ringgold, GA.
