Patricia Hamlin, 69, a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016.

She is survived by her husband, David Hamlin; two daughters, Beth Young, and Amy (Vish) Satyanarayan; sister, Valerie (Wes) Hunt; brother-in-law, Jim (Vicki) Hamlin; 5 grandchildren, 2 nieces, and 1 nephew.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vestal Bass, her mother, Betty Bass, and a nephew.

A retired teacher, Patricia taught at Tyner Middle Academy. She sang with the Sweet Adelines in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Atlanta for many happy years.

A memorial service will be at Brainerd Presbyterian Church at 11:00 on Saturday, October 8, with visitation at 10:00 at the church.
