Patrick Wayne Smith, 27 of Chattanooga passed on Saturday, March 24, 2018.

Patrick was a Chef at the Brewhaus Restaurant. He lived life with a passion, his arms and mind always open to loftier ideas and the well-being of others. Always dreaming of a more compassionate world, he worked tirelessly to help people and animals, even when he didnt have enough for himself. He made life better for everyone that crossed his path. He was a very giving soul.

Survivors include: his mother, Rhonda (Chuck) Murphy; his father, Joseph (Audrey) Smith Sr.; grandparents Wayne and Brenda Hayes; brothers, Joseph (Jada) Smith, Walter (Alyca) Smith and Daniel Hayes Smith; uncles David (Carolyn) Hayes, John Smith, Frank Smith, Tom (Sally) Smith; aunt, Terri Hayes; his step-sisters, Cheri (Davey) Daugherty, Gloria and Julie Axmacher; step brother, Scott (Jeniffer) Cooke; cousins Dillon and Connor Hayes, Michelle Akins, Johnny (Jenelle) Smith, LisaMarie (Patrick) Lozon, TJ Smith, Keri (Matt) Bates, Jamie (Erica) Barnes, Jennifer Richardson; nieces Eden and Lola Smith and Felicity Daugherty; and the love of his life Shellyta A Chatman.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 on the roof, 313 Manufacturers Rd. Suite 217 Chattanooga, TN 37405 on Saturday March 31, 2018 at 11:00 am, please join us.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Homeless Shelter, Food Bank or the Animal Shelter.

The burial with be for immediate Family only at Mt Olivet.
