Paul Jewell Vincent, 77, of Ooltewah, passed away Saturday, January 07, 2017, peacefully at home after a lengthy illness. He was born in Sweetwater, TN on June 2, 1939. He lived most of his life in Chattanooga.

Paul was a 23 year retired Veteran of the United States Air Force. He also worked as a Chattanooga Airport Authority Police Officer, Century 21 Real Estate Agent, and Equifax Appraiser. He was co-founder of C&R Roofing; a member of The American Legion Post 95 and a Lifetime Member of VFW Post 1289. Paul was an avid golfer and loved playing with his golfing buddies Don Mize, and George and Anna Sue Allen. He was also a huge Tennessee Vols Fan.

He was predeceased by his father, Bernard Vincent, mother, Alice Vincent and 3 brothers and 1 sister all of Sweetwater, TN.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Anna Ruth "Scoot" Vincent; son Michael and Holly Vincent; daughter, Michelle Lee Vincent and finance David Green, grandson, Jaden Lee Vincent and fianc Shanna Haynes; granddaughter Chloe Rogers; grandson Trevor Rogers; grandson Bradley Vincent all of Chattanooga; mother-in-law, Mildred Sarten; sister-in-law, Vickie Fowler and brother-in-law Avery Sarten all of Lenoir City, TN; and countless friends, plus our beloved Pet "Molly".

Visitation will be in Grace Works Church Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon. The Rev. Bill Owens will conduct the service at noon in the church.

Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
