Phyllis Ann Jones Simmons, 55, of Rossville, died Sunday, February 23, 2015. She was predeceased by her parents, Denver and Doris Burwick Jones and brother, Johnny Jones.

Surviving are her husband, Sam G. Simmons, Jr.; children, Dylan Simmons, Denver Simmons, Tara (Eddie) Lewis, Amanda Wilson and Nikki Turner; grandchildren, Brett McCuiston, Blake McCuiston, Brennen Simmons, Destiny Wilson, Dixie Wilson, Draven Elkins-Wilson, Mike Turner, Jade Turner, Mac Turner and Andrew Turner; siblings, Robert Jones and Donna Jones Gentry.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, March 7 at 11 a.m. in South Seminole Baptist Church.
