Born February 5, 1953, Centralia, Washington. Last resided in Davenport, Ok with sisters Rosemary and Marlene. Died April 13, 2017, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Preceded in death by his parents Leanell L. Heard and Raymond Whiteman, Sr. He worked in the construction industry as a welder. Survived by a daughter, Rebecca M. Colvin, Olympia, Wa, Sisters Sandy L. Leveritch, Montesano, Wa, Rosemary McCall, and Marlene Black of Davenport, Ok, brothers Richard Rinker of Diamond Bar, Ca, Frank Carey of Parris, Tn, Stanley Smith of Tampa, Fl, Waylon Whiteman, of Aberdeen, Washington and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services in Oklahoma and Washington are pending.
