Reba Terrell Phipps, 74, of Ringgold, GA, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019. She was of the Baptist faith. She worked for Walmart for many years. Reba had a sweet soul & was loved by many & will be dearly missed.

She was predeceased by her parents, Campbell & Bessie Terrell & husband, Sam Phipps and brother, Ed Terrell.

Survivors include her son, Jon (Carrie) Phipps; brother, Sonny Terrell; partner, David Perry; several cousins, & many friends.

Services will be private.
